The Sponge-Jet Process

 

On impact the sponge flattens out exposing the cleaning agent

The cleaning agent then “cuts” the undesired coating

As it leaves the substrate the sponge contracts creating a vacuum

Encapsulating the waste within the sponge keeping it from becoming airborne

The sponge jet media is then put through the recycler separating waste from the sponge

Sponge is then reused up to 10 times repeating the process
